The current national framework
The Government of India’s published explanation of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 states that the rules came into force on 1 May 2026. It distinguishes prohibited online money games from permissible online social games and e-sports. The determination test includes stakes or fees, expectations of monetary winnings and how rewards can be monetised.
What we have not established
Trendz Collab has not verified a game- and provider-specific determination, registration or authorisation for Veer. A +91 phone option, Indian payment label, accessible website or affiliate disclaimer is not evidence of permission. We do not describe Veer as government-approved or legal for Indian participation.
Advertising and financial activity
The 2025 Act addresses the offering and promotion of online money games as well as related financial activity. Do not interpret the presence of external links on an informational website as a legal conclusion. A public promotional launch requires an appropriate assessment of the actual service and applicable obligations.
